Time & Attendance - Improvement - In My Absences page, under Total Paid Leave, the employees can now see the Accrual Details with information on their total leave to be accrued this year and absence plan details. 
Performance - Issue fix - When creating ad hoc reviews, if any of the required fields are not filled in, the error messages displayed are now consistent. Review round cannot be created if any of the mandatory fields isn't filled in. 
Recruiting - Issue fix - In Applicant Self-Service, after an applicant accepts or rejects a job offer, it is still available to the applicant so that he or she could check the offer details.
Core HR - Issue fix - If there are several approval processes set up for the same list, approval requests are created correctly, without the redundant records.
Performance - Issue fix - The Goals dashboard now displays goals with start date before the period start date if the goal due date is empty or >= the period start date. 
Core HR - Issue fix - The Save as Image option has been removed from the Employee Chart and Organizational Chart. 
Learning - Issue fix - When the employees are browsing the Learning Catalog, they see the Add to My Plan button next to the courses that have the Request Required and Event Required options set to No. Previously the Assign to Learner button was displayed.
Performance - Issue fix - The Review Data sections are now displayed in the performance review form without the layout issues.

Core HR - Improvement - When creating a working group and selecting the group members or managers, the employee picker will not display the terminated employees.
Report Builder - Issue fix - If the Last Note field from the Applicants list is included into the custom report, the data in this field is displayed correctly and without the excess HTML code elements.

Report Builder - Improvement - The list of modules in the Report Center has been updated to correspond to the latest module structure (Core HR, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Performance, Learning).
Report Builder - Issue fix - If the user adds a field to the report in the report designer, the changes made before are saved.
Data Export - Issue fix - When exporting data from Lanteria HR, the fields of the Picker type are exported correctly.
Performance - Improvement - The Due in (days from review start) field in the review workflow step will be calculated based on the date when the review was assigned to an employee, and not the performance review round Start Date.
Recruiting - Issue fix - Description specified for the Job Opening Description field of the Job Openings list is displayed correctly when creating or editing a job opening.
Report Builder - Issue fix - If a report contains calculated fields and totals, the report is run without errors.

Report Builder - Issue fix - Reports created with the help of Report Builder display information correctly in case the number of records in case of exceeding the view items threshold.
Report Builder - Improvement - Performance of the Report Generation Wizard has been improved.
Performance - Issue fix - The competency order has been aligned in all the view and edit forms. 

Performance - Issue fix - When using the Outlook web client, the link in the notification about performance review requiring the recipient's action is displayed correctly and the user can follow this link.
Core HR - Issue fix - If formula for Additional Salary Amount includes calculated fields, the Total Fixed Cash is calculated correctly.

Time & Attendance - Issue fix - When exporting the Absence Records Report, the absence sub type is displayed correctly.
Core HR - Issue fix - If the Include Inactive Employees check box in the Positions Chart is cleared, the terminated employees are not displayed in the chart. 
Time & Attendance - Issue fix - If the Time and Attendance Storage is set to SQL, the absence allowance for the terminated employees is calculated correctly in case the Prorate accruals upon termination check box is selected.
Other - Issue fix - Local HR can change the employee salary with the future effective date.

Core HR - Issue fix - The employees under Core HR > Employees are displayed without extra spaces and with the correct layout.
Learning - Improvement - The learning groups can be managed (groups added, edited and deleted, group members included and excluded) in the Learning Groups Manager available from Learning Groups under Settings > Settings and Configuration > Learning. 

Other - Improvement - Additional accounts won't be added to the ES Employees user group upon a new employee creation or an employee record update.
Time and Attendance - Issue fix - The "-1" values are displayed correctly when exporting the Pending Absence Requests report.
Performance - Improvement - The layout of the Criteria and Level Descriptions displayed when viewing the competency details from the employee card has been improved.
Other - Issue fix - Quick link for the languages other than English are grouped correctly.
Core HR - Issue fix - The Employee Chart is exported to PDF in Mozilla Firefox correctly.

Performance - Improvement - When printing the performance review form, the review form sections that have been hidden from the current employee role are not available for selection.

Learning - Issue fix - The unpublished quizzes cannot be assigned to a learning material. When adding a course to the Learning Catalog, such quizzes are not available for selection in the Quiz field.
Learning - Improvement - Approval process can be set up for cancelling development activities by employee.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Users with custom roles based on the Local HR role can attach files to the employee absence requests.

Compensation - Issue fix - Future employee salary history records do not affect the salary review round.

Compensation - Issue fix - Only HR can view and edit the salary review rounds with the status Draft. The Locked rounds can be viewed by managers.

Performance - Issue fix - When creating a new employee with the Eligible for Performance Review check box selected, such employee will be included into the active performance review rounds according to the round settings.

Recruiting - Improvement - The employee card field with internal name WorkEmail is renamed to Personal Email. When an employee is created from candidate, the candidate's email will be copied to this field.

Integration - Improvement - Both Email and Personal Email fields are used for integration with Predictive Index.

Recruiting - Improvement - The users will see validation message in case of incorrect job opening dates input.

Other - Issue fix - The SQL Export job runs successfully even with the ' character in the list title (internal or / and display name).

Core HR - Issue fix - HR users can change the New Salary Details section right after creating an employee.

Recruiting, Learning - Issue fix - If among interviewers or internal trainers there are employees with no email specified, information for such employees cannot be displayed in the Scheduling Assistant and a corresponding message will be displayed to the user.

Core HR - Improvement - The Equality and Diversity Report display mode is defined by the Charts Mode setting.

Recruiting, Core HR - Improvement - The Upload Document form used for the Candidate Card Designer and the HR process actions of the Upload Document type is now available in French.

Report Builder - Issue fix - When assigning a new report to a group, only groups that correspond to the licensed modules will be available for selection. 

Performance - Improvement - Scores in the 360 Feedback Result Report are rounded to 2 decimal places.

Learning - Issue fix - When changing date and time for a training event, the event details and meeting room calendar are updated correctly.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Now it is possible to set up the absence balance recalculation for the rehired employees. If the Exclude Absences before Employment Date check box is selected, all the absence requests with the dates earlier than the current employment date will be ignored in the leave balance.

Recruiting - Improvement - When copying a job opening, the custom fields are also copied to a newly created opening.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - Attaching files to the absences is available for all roles. Local HR role can only view the attachments. 

Learning - Issue fix - The employees (learners) for the LinkedIn Learning are exported without issues even if the data being exported contains learning group titles with quotes or single quotes.

Mobile Version - Improvement - The Approval Recipient field is available for the approval processes in Lanteria HR mobile.

Report Center - Improvement - The Custom Reports and General Reports in the Report Center are separated with additional line. The General Reports section  is hidden if it is empty.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - When booking absence for half of the day, the corresponding Outlook appointment displays the correct timing.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - The absence requests can be created and edited without issues.

Performance - Issue fix - If the competency levels titles are changed, these changes won't affect the completed performance review forms.

Core HR - Issue fix - The extra spaces in the full name are trimmed if some part of template is missing.

Recruiting - Improvement - Loading time for the Candidate Tracking page is decreased.

Learning - Issue fix - When assigning a training event to the employees through the Group Assignment function, the training dates are copied correctly.

Compensation - Improvement - Bars in the Salary Breakdown chart of the Compensation dashboard are the sorted descending by Annual Base Salary.

Recruiting - Improvement - When using the Copy Job Opening option, the details of the newly created job opening will not be displayed. The job opening will be available in the end of the Job Openings page.

Other - Improvement - The default run time of the Sync Local HR Employees job is changed to 4:59 am to avoid conflicts with the employee data integration jobs.

Learning - Issue fix - Meeting room and trainer availability calendars are displayed in the Scheduling Assistant without issues.

Learning - Issue fix - The learning material titles with special characters are displayed correctly when creating a new training request.

Performance - Issue fix - If the Job Responsibilities section is set to Mandatory in the performance review form template, the review forms will be validated on whether all the responsibilities are assessed.

Core HR - Issue fix - The date format in the Job Assignment page is displayed according to the regional settings.

Core HR - Issue fix - During the content approval process, the employee Title (Full Name) is copied from the temporary list to the target list.

Core HR - Improvement - When the probation end date is calculated automatically, the last day of probation will be set to the last day of the last probation month.

Core HR - Improvement - Working groups can be selected as approval request responsible. Depending on approval type, a request can be approved by any working group member or all the members.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - Local HR can view and download attachments for their employee sickness requests.

Learning - Improvement - When creating questions for a quiz, the Question Type field of the Add Question form is read-only irrespective of the selected question type.

Performance - Issue fix - If the manual summary rating is changed by the reviewer, a new rating is saved correctly in the performance review form.

Recruiting - Improvement - Texts for the Recruiting module of the French localization have been improved.

Candidate Self-Service - Improvement - In Candidate Self-Service, the Job Opening Details page supports the rich text.

Core HR - Issue fix - The Core HR reports are again available from the Local HR menu.

Learning - Issue fix - A spelling mistake corrected in the "There are no available seats for this training" message.

Learning - Issue fix - When adding a new e-learning course, it is possible to upload documents using the Attach new E-learning link in the Add Course page.

Other - Issue fix - Big numbers of employees can be uploaded using the data import.

Performance - Issue fix - Org unit goals with the Relevant For Org Unit Manager check box selected are included into the unit manager performance review as a persona goal, even if the unit manager is an employee of another org unit.

Core HR - Issue fix - When editing job assignment, inactive organizational units cannot be entered manually into the Org Unit field.

Report Center - Improvement - Sections (Core HR, Performance etc.) in the Report Center are replaced with groups. Custom groups can be created from the Report Center.

Other - Issue fix - Reminders set up for the Local HR role will not be sent to other roles created based on the Local HR role.

Learning - Issue fix - Reminders related to the development activities are sent correctly if the Storage for the Learning module is set to SQL.

Candidate Self-Service - Issue fix - Candidates are not able to apply for an inactive job opening using a web link.

Core HR - Issue fix - Manager can view carried over records when working with the carried over related approval requests.

Compensation - Improvement - The Salary Breakdown chart is sorted in the descending order.

Other - Issue fix - The Manager and Employee roles can view the pages according to their permissions.

Performance - Issue fix - The outdated naming for the 360 Feedback button is corrected.

Learning - Improvement - The Development Activities Report is renamed to Development Activities by Employee.

Performance - Improvement - Competencies in the Development Needs section of the performance review form are listed by their title instead of being grouped by the competency area name.

Other - New Functionality - Lanteria HR is integrated with Predictive Index. Behavioral results for candidate/employee can be uploaded from Predictive Index to Lanteria HR.

Report Builder - Issue fix - Reports created through the Report Builder can be edited without issues.

Core HR - Issue fix - Employee card will display only full name if there are no sections with the Is Public check box selected.

Learning - Issue fix - The Learning Material Version field is not affected with the list item version.

Core HR - Improvement - In the Approval Requests page, the employee for whom the approval process has been started will be displayed in the Approval Recipient  field.

Core HR - Issue fix - The terminated employees are excluded from the approval request responsible employees.

Performance - Issue fix - The labels in the 360 Feedback Rounds and 360 Feedback pages are synchronized.

Performance - Improvement - The name of the 360 feedback round is added to the 360 Feedback page, as well as path to the 360 Feedback Rounds page.

Compensation - Issue fix - The Salary Review Dashboard works without issues.

Core HR - Improvement - The Start HR Process button is available before clicking View and loading the processes.

Recruiting - Improvement - A job opening can be created only for active job roles.

Recruiting - Improvement - The job openings are sorted alphabetically for the All Open Job Openings option in the Candidate Tracking page.

Recruiting - Improvement  - After selecting a job opening in the Candidate Tracking page, the user can click All Open Job Openings to return to the list of all job openings.

Recruiting - Issue fix - When the user generates candidate letters with the help of the Batch Action option and then clicks Back, he or she will be redirected to the Candidate Tracking page.

Core HR - Improvement - The users with the Employee and Manager roles can upload and edit documents into the Company Documents library.

Recruiting - Issue fix - In the Candidate Creation Wizard, HR users can select among all job openings available in Lanteria HR.

Core HR - Improvement - The processes in the HR Processes page will be loaded after clicking View.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - When the absence record is approved, the notification is sent once.

Core HR - Issue fix - For the Employee picker, the Active Only display mode is available allowing to hide the terminated employees.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Employee can book the absence, vacation or sick leave for a half of the day.

Core HR - Issue fix - The link in the My Documents page is now correct.

Core HR - Improvement - If the Full Name Template is blank, the employee Full Name can be filled in and updated manually. If the employee full name is to be generated, the default template will be used. If the Full Name Template is defined, the employee full name will be generated based on this template and the manually created or updated names will be automatically reset according to the template.

Performance - Issue fix - In the SQL mode, when the competency is added manually using the Add competency for assessment button in the Employee Competency Assessment page, the Competency History is displayed correctly.

Core HR - Issue fix - The dashboard titles are displayed correctly in French.

Learning - Improvement - The Learning Catalog search is more flexible. The keywords are highlighted in the course title and description in the search results.

Report Builder - Improvement - The reports created through the Report Builder can be filtered so that the Employee role can view only that user's records and custom role can see the records according to the role's permissions.

Learning - Improvement - The labels for the learning material assignment have been improved.

Report Center - Improvement - All the reports are moved to Report Center and separate menus under each module are removed.

Learning - Issue fix - The HR comments are not displayed instead of the Edit link in the Training Requests page.

Learning - Improvement - The process of assigning a missing required course has been simplified. The development activity is added directly after clicking Add next to the missing course in the personal development plan.

Core HR - Issue fix - In the Positions Chart, the Vacant FTE is calculated correctly, taking into account all the main and additional positions.

Learning - Improvement - The layout of the Employee Competence Report has been improved for the cases when no results fit the search criteria.

Learning - Issue fix - The Certificate link is displayed correctly in the development activity after the certificate generation in SQL mode.

Learning - Issue fix - In the SQL mode, the employees can cancel the development activities without issues.

Learning - Issue fix - The expired courses are displayed in the Learning Catalog.

Performance - Improvement - The user interface for the 360 feedbacks has been improved.

Core HR - Issue fix - The employee search and data import work correctly when the full name template is not defined.

Learning - Issue fix - The development activities with the Training Hours scoring type work correctly in the SQL mode.

Recruiting - Improvement - Since DocuSign doesn't support TSL 1.1 any more, the DocuSign integration now works with TSL 1.2.

Compensation - Improvement - The Salary Details can be set up to be viewed and changed by the custom roles.

Report Builder - Issue fix - The reports created through the Report Builder work correctly if the SharePoint lists they are based on have been modified.

Learning - Issue fix - When assigning the courses through the Group Assignment option in the Learning Catalog, the expired learning materials are not displayed in the Learning Material picker.

Performance - Improvement - The Current Responsible field is displayed in the Performance Review Rounds page, the Performance Reviews tab.

Core HR - Improvement - Employee sensitive data can be added and updated using the data import. The data will be encrypted in the list.

Core HR - Improvement - HR processes can be generated for all the employees in the employee database.

Performance - Issue fix - The competency assessments with the -1 score are excluded from the average score calculation for the Talent Pool.

Learning - Issue fix - If the Training Request Approval Action setting is set to Create Activity, after assigning a curriculum to an employee, the development activities and development needs are created for each learning material in the curriculum. Each development need contains a link to the development activity it is related to. If a learning material has the Request Required check box selected, a development need will be created without a link to the development activity, and such link will be added after the training request approval.

Core HR - Issue fix - The employee full name template functionality works correctly with both Middle Initial and Middle Name fields.

Performance - Improvement - If the company and org unit goals are included into the performance review, such goals will be marked with the Company Goal or Org Unit Goal labels in the review form. 

Learning - Issue fix - If a course is mandatory for an employee based on more than one condition, only one development activity or training request per course will be created by the Mandatory Trainings Job. 

Compensation - Issue fix - The Salary Breakdown pie chart in the Compensation dashboard doesn't take int account the zero values.

Other - Issue fix - The custom fields of the Date and Time type will be displayed and processed  correctly.

Other - Issue fix - During data import, the work pattern is updated correctly both in the employee card and the employment history. 

Performance - Improvement - The competency assessments for the Criteria Based assessment method are now displayed in the following format:
Competency Title
Assessed by UserName (date and time): competency level text description (average numeric value for all the criteria).

Learning - Issue fix - The input of the Cost field in the Development Activity form will be validated and the user will see the error message in case of the incorrect input.

Learning - Improvement - The labels for the buttons used for assigning a course to an employee have been made consistent and dependent on the course type.

Learning - Improvement - A quiz can be set up to allow only the selected number of attempts for passing it.

Other - Improvement - The Password fields in the DocuSign integration and Exchange integration settings display correctly.

Learning - Improvement - Validation for the SCORM Engine and SCORM Cloud settings has been implemented.

Learning - Improvement - In the Training Requests page, the requests with the statuses Pending Registration and Pending Approval are formatted with different colors.

Learning - Improvement - In SQL mode, if the user is creating the development activities with the status Completed, the training feedback requests are sent according to the learning material setup.

Report Center - Improvement - The custom reports in the Report Center can be included into the custom groups. The groups will display under the modules.

Core HR - Improvement - The column visibility for the job assignment forms can be now set up under Core HR > Org Structure > Advanced in the Job Assignment Field Configuration field.

Learning - Issue fix - The successfully completed development activities aren't displayed as missing now.

Learning - Improvement - If a course that is mandatory for an employee is a part of a curriculum, this course will be marked with the curriculum name in the employee's Personal Development Plan.
