Lanteria HR is integrated with Microsoft Teams, a chat-based communication platform developed by Microsoft. Complete with online meetings, document sharing, and other useful business features Microsoft Teams is an important part of the Microsoft 365 family. This integration provides you with an option to create a Microsoft Teams meeting when you are scheduling an interview with job candidates or a classroom training. This integration doesn't require setup. You only need to have Microsoft Teams installed.

Lanteria allows importing job openings right into your JobTarget account, thus making it possible to post them to thousands of different job boards.

Lanteria HR is integrated with SEEK. SEEK is Australia's number one employment marketplace. Lanteria allows automatically publish Job Openings to SEEK where they can be found by candidates.

Lanteria HR is integrated with Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment, an untimed, free-choice, stimulus-response tool from the Predictive Index that measures a person's motivating drives and needs. With the help of this tool and integration with Lanteria HR, you can measure the following factors of Lanteria HR employees as well as job candidates: Dominance – the drive to exert influence on people or events. Extraversion –the drive for social interaction with other people. Patience –the drive to have consistency and stability. Formality –the drive to conform to rules and structure. Objectivity –the degree to which an individual prefers objectivity when processing information and making decisions.

The Recruiting module of Lanteria HR is integrated with DocuSign. This integration enables candidates to electronically sign documents, which are uploaded on the candidate card in Lanteria HR and then sent to the Candidate Self-Service site for the candidate to sign. Candidates can electronically sign or decline to sign documents directly from the Candidate Self-Service where they can see uploaded documents for signature or from a link in an e-mail. Documents can be signed using any device the Self-Service is accessed from, including mobile devices.

Lanteria Recruiting module is integrated with ZipRecruiter, a leading employment marketplace in the US and Canada. With this integration, recruiters and HR managers can submit jobs on multiple job boards and manage all received applications without leaving the Recruitment module. ZipRecruiter helps to reach out to a tremendous number of active job seekers (over 25 million), making it faster and easier to find top talent.

Lanteria HR is integrated with LinkedIn Learning, which allows its users to:

• Automatically create the LinkedIn courses in the Lanteria HR Learning Catalog
• Upload the Lanteria HR users to LinkedIn in the .csv file
• Update the development activities based on the LinkedIn courses with the learning status

Lanteria HR is integrated with Go1, the largest e-learning library with over 100,000 courses available on subscription. Lanteria users can import the Go1 courses to the Lanteria Learning Catalog, tracking the training results inside the Lanteria HR.

Office 365 Integration enables you to create or update employees in Lanteria HR using information from Azure Active Directory (Office 365) and thus reduce the effort required for populating Data Import spreadsheets.

User Profile Integration enables you to create or update employees in Lanteria HR using information from Active Directory.

AD Integration functionality is used to populate the Lanteria HR employee database with information from Active Directory and/or update Active Directory information after changes have been made in the local Lanteria HR employee database.

Lanteria is integrated with Power BI and supports clients to build custom reports/dashboards using Power BI.

Lanteria HR Power BI provides out of the box set of templates that can be used to improve the flexibility of the Lanteria HR standard dashboards. Templates are based on the Lanteria HR statistics and allow extending and customizing visualizations.

Zapier is an iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) that provides quick and easy integration with apps. Today, it has over 3000 applications in many categories, including HR, CRM, marketing, etc. Lanteria became a part of this community, allowing you to move employee data to any app from the Zapier collection.

Lanteria HR can be set up to connect to Exchange/Office 365 calendars, which allows the users to:

• View the interviewers' availability when scheduling the interviews
