We’ve just released the 4.3.12 version of Lanteria HR with a couple of new features you will definitely appreciate.
What’s new?
* Predefined approval workflows for Extra days, Business trips, Absences, Sicknesses and Vacations.
* Ability to assign any employee as an Acting Person (Manager Role for Acting Person is not mandatory anymore)
* New feature: Application History. It was added to Employee card to show employee's applied vacancies and conducted interviews.
* New feature: Absence Types Details. It enables Employees to see the advanced details of each Absence Type (Vacations, Sicknesses and Absences) for the accrual period: its frequency, allowance, how many days were booked and how many remained.
We encourage each user to upgrade to the 4.3.12 version and feel the advantages of new functionality!
