Core HR - Improvement - In the single job assignment mode, when a new assignment is being created, the default FTE is copied from the previous assignment.

Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with selecting a candidate on the Schedule Interviews page.

Integration - Improvement - Now you can use Word documents for the Docusign integration. After signing, the properties from the .docx document are copied into the newly signed .pdf document and the old .docx document is removed.

Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with sending the interview invitations to multiple interviewers. 

Core HR - Improvement - When creating an HR process template by copying, the custom fields will be copied as well. 

Other - Issue fix - Fixed a layout issue for the custom dashboards.

Recruiting - Improvement - The Candidate Tracking pages have been optimized to improve the loading speed.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue which prevented the Local Training Manager from viewing the training scheduled without the learning material. 

Learning - Improvement - The filtering option is now available for the Local Training Manager on the Training Schedule page.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the date format for the Copy from date option on My Timesheets page. Now the format is displayed according to the site regional settings.

Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed the layout issue for the Candidate Tracking, which prevented the correct information display on the smaller screens. The Documents column has been moved to Actions.

Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed the layout issues for the messages displayed when creating a candidate by the means of the Candidate Creation Wizard.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue for the Absence Plan page which caused switching the users to the Annual Paid Leave tab, irrespective of the tab they have been editing.

Recruiting - Improvement - The user can switch to the other job openings from the job opening details page by clicking the dropdown in the upper left corner.

Core HR - Improvement - Tasks on the Tasks requiring my action page can be now sorted ascending or descending by the due date and filtered by the action type.

Learning, Performance - Improvement - The Learning Group Management and My 360 Assessments pages have been upgraded to the new design.

Recruiting - Improvement - The job opening description on the Job Opening Details page is displayed to fit the page.

Core HR - Improvement - In the search results displayed by the quick employee search, not only the employee name, but the whole area is clickable now. 

Other - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the Shared with button, which didn't display and work properly for all the lists.

Compensation - Improvement - The Salary Range Analysis chart has been upgraded to the new design.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with recalculating the absences after changing country for an employee.

Integrations - Improvement - The integration with Microsoft Teams was expanded: a Lanteria HR app was added. This app, when installed, provides the employee dashboard (except the ability to delete feedback and announcements).

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the performance review that was rendered incorrectly.

Learning - Improvement - The courses in the learning catalog are now displayed in smaller tidier panes regardless of the course description length. If a course has a very long description, you can only see its beginning while the full description can be viewed by clicking the "see more" icon at the bottom of the course pane.

Core HR - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that allowed creating duplicate items in various places when repeatedly clicking an action while the previous click was still being processed.

Core HR - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that prevented quick actions and user notifications from being displayed when the user was on the HR Help Desk page and viewed tickets with certain statuses. Also, the inability to navigate through the second-level menu after switching to a different status on that page was fixed as well.

Performance - Issue Fix - Fixed various layout issues related to the new UI on the Succession Details page.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with uploading a job contract for employee in the .docx and .xlsx formats.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed the layout issue on the My Team Absences page.

The button has been hidden, and the users can attach files when creating or editing a candidate/employee through the Candidate Documents option or Employee Documents option. 

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that prevented the Adjust Allowance option from calculating the allowance adjustment in case of using the float numbers.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue which caused incorrect display of competencies with 0 rating on the Gap Analysis Chart. The chart layout has been improved.

Integrations - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that prevented correct uploading of the Learner Detail report, downloaded from LinkedIn, with learning results to Lanteria HR due to the updated results template on the LinkedIn side. The integration with LinkedIn Learning was updated to ensure that learning results can be uploaded to Lanteria HR properly.

UI - Improvement - Further UI improvements implemented. Related issues fixed.

Core HR - Improvement - A new Employee Chart tab was added to the My Team page where the manager can see the organizational chart of the whole team or direct reports only.

Other - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue with the Diagnostics page that wouldn't display any data.

Recruiting - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that caused the edited value of a custom field to disappear after editing a job opening.

Learning - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that prevented quiz answers from being registered correctly.

Time and Attendance - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue with the Vacation Statistics report that wouldn't display any data.

Recruiting - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue with the inactive Delete action on the My Job Openings page for the Manager role. The action was removed for this role.

Recruiting - Improvement - The Recruiting Manager role permissions have been expanded. Now Recruiting Managers can:

- hire a candidate (create a new employee from the candidate or start an onboarding process)

- manage an onboarding process and onboarding process actions (stop/restart)

Integrations - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that prevented correct uploading of the Learner Detail report, downloaded from LinkedIn, with learning results to Lanteria HR due to the updated results template on the LinkedIn side. The integration with LinkedIn Learning was updated to ensure that learning results can be uploaded to Lanteria HR properly.

Performance - Improvement - In the Competency Development Plan, the chart displaying scores by competency groups will show the average score instead of total. 

Other - Improvement - Further improvements to the user interface implemented. Related issues fixed.

Recruiting, Performance, Learning - Improvement - Lanteria HR is integrated with MS Teams. The MS Teams meetings can be scheduled for:

• Interviews
• Training events (webinars)
• Check-ins

Learning - Improvement - Email appointment for a training event will be sent to the employee only if the event start date is today or later (time is not considered). This will prevent sending appointments for the past events in case a training request for such event has been approved.

Core HR - Improvement - Now the users can set up the approval process display order on the Approval Requests page.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue which prevented the filter display in case of pending requests on the My Team Absences page.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with processing the inactive org units in the Org Unit Goal picker.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - The following new accrual methods are now available: Monthly Start (12 Periods), Monthly End (12 Periods). With these accrual methods, for each month, 1/12 of the allowance amount will be granted.

Performance - Improvement - The competencies  in the job description are now displayed by the competency group.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - If the accrual method is Employment date, the absence requests on the My absences page will be displayed for the employee personal accrual year.

Other - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that caused employees with several assignments to be displayed to the manager as different employees.
