Essentially the UK financial regulatory regime imposes a separate and additional structure of performance and competence review for a subset of “important” employees. It has proven an effective tool to manage employee absences, act as a repository for key employee data and documentation, and to run the annual 360 appraisal and performance review rounds. It is stable and fits well within Majedie’s SharePoint architecture.
